As part of the shop's 25th anniversary celebrations, Grandpa Chin hosted a dinner at the neighbourhood restaurant. The dinner, which was typical of Chinese dinners held to celebrate an occasion (e.g., a wedding), featured a sumptuous menu comprising a variety of different types of meats (chicken, pork, seafood), vegetables, rice, soup and dessert, served one dish at a time.
